This is a hard cheese workshop with cheese making guru Valerie Trojan! We will learn to make various hard cheeses and taste some wonderfully aged cheeses as we go.

Class size is limited. Cost is $30 ($20 special for those who attended the March 15 Beginner Cheese class). We also offer a Soft Cheese (Beginner) Workshop and a Hog Processing Workshop in our current Farm-to-Table series.
