Let’s Play Series: Fermenting 6 of 7

Textbook: Wild Fermentation (Available on Amazon. Please purchase and bring to first class)

Session #8

We will learn about and experiment with many different wild cultures from mead, ginger soda and other drinks to sour kraut, kefir, yogurt and so much more! There are so many delicious fermented foods we can create. Basic materials for each session will be provided.

In Session 8, we will talk about and play with vinegars as well as discuss/troubleshoot any issues or questions that have collected only the way!

*SPACE IS LIMITED. Please reserve space with $15 non-refundable class fee. Balance is due at the beginning of each class.
