In this course, students will learn how to shop for and prepare ingredients, cook, bake, preserve, read recipes, understand seasonings and more! We will also teach some techniques for photographing their culinary treasures.
We offer 25% sibling and multiple course discounts. Please send an email and we will get you squared away with that!
Students must bring a notebook, writing implement. A digital camera or phone with a good camera is recommended.
Cancellations can be made up to January 14 with a full refund. Cancellations after January 14th will be refunded only if we can fill your slot.
