Advanced Cheesemaking Workshop March 21

Discover the art (and ease) of cheese making!

This is a hard cheese workshop with cheese making guru Valerie Trojan! We will learn to make various hard cheeses and taste some wonderfully aged cheeses as we go.

  • Drunken Goat Cheese
  • Parmesan
  • Swiss
  • Montasio Trip

The class size is limited. Cost is $95 a person in advance to hold your spot!

A beginner (soft cheese) workshop will occur on March 7th. Register for both today for a reduced rate!
